Detective Challenge: Clean Up the Trial

I reckon Carmen Sandiego's forte isn't to have people in her pocket, she's more of a steal valuables type of gal. The problem with Carmen Sandiego is that she's basically impossible to catch, but she starts this challenge at a huge disadvantage as her main strength is completely cut off from her. I can't seem to recall a time where she is caught, so I can't really know how she'd act in a scenario like that. Nancy Drew should win this in that case.

Carmen once again gets really unlucky. She's pulled two of these "the criminal is already caught" challenges, and I just don't think her skills lie in manipulation to this extent. Nancy Drew, from what little I know, should have the ability to figure her out

Here's something else Nancy Drew has going to her, in nearly all her incarnations one of the consistent bits of her background is her father is indeed a respected lawyer. That gives her a resource for this particular challenge.
