3rd Street Saints should have this, as they presumably have experience with dodgeball. Even if they don't, they have heard of it, so they'd know how to play it better than any droid could. From what I can tell, they have scrawny arms, so I don't know if they can necessarily throw dodgeballs fast enough.

The Droids are too stiff, slow and inanimate to be good at dodgeball, the 3rd street saints take this handily.
