A more vigilante-style detective vs. a very unsubtle criminal. I think Nightwing's approach might actually just be to confront Tony about this, goading him until Tony attacks him and reveals the truth, then just arresting him. Feels like an upfront approach that Nightwing would use and one that Tony would likely fall for

Among the many facets it would take to keep your shady connections to a politician under wraps against a member of the Bat Family, I think one of them would have to be a very cool head. Unfortunately for Montana, I don't think he's particularly known for having a cool head.
