I actually think the Grunts would have a chance here if they had a leader. While not especially disciplined, if memory serves they are incredibly strong and hardy. They don't have medieval combat training, but as far as I know neither do most members of the Hand, in terms of military discipline at least.

From what I'm reading about the Uggoy, the average Grunt isn't particularly smart, and they tend to really lose their focus if their leader is taken out. Even without vast medieval training (even though, again, it's pretty certain some Hand ninja have posed as knights and the like for missions in medieval reenactments), certain aspects of medieval and ninjustu tactics do blend to an extent, and I'm pretty sure the average Hand's normal training would allow them to be more tactical than the average Uggoy.

In an actual combat setting, the Uggoy do have a glaring physical weakness: they need methane to breathe. If the Hand can take out their methane tanks, the Grunts would be in serious trouble.

I need to read up on the Unggoy some more to vote properly for this match, but I did want to say I'm dissapointed this season never had a hand vs. foot clan dodgeball match. It felt like it was destined lol.
