So Hal Jordan was the Spectre, but from what I remember he wasn't really the most powerful Spectre. The most powerful versions of Hal are all temporary forms from what I remember, and even among those, neither Hal as the Spectre or as Parallax should be able to beat the more powerful versions of the Spectre

Oh wow what a pull.... as Pey stated Hal WAS spectre at one point.

Eh, the best chance Hal would've against Spectre is if he were still Parallax, but they've since been separated, and Parallax is a separate entity and competitor in the Draft.

Since this is Hal with his natural Green Lantern abilities, I think Spectre vastly outmatches him powers-wise.

I doubt that's going to matter much here. Since Hal is only human, I seriously doubt he would be able to retain the knowledge of Spectre's vast powerset and abilities that he once had access to.
