 Kids can pull off moves like this after maybe months of practice. The average ninja does moves like this and more on a regular basis have trained in doing so for years. 

I think the Hand can comfortably take this.

In a dodgeball game?? C'mon, man. 

Even so, the Hand are used to dealing with laser fire, mutants, and the like, so I'm not sure they'd be flustered by normal firearms.

Yeah, the Vorcha don't strike me as having any agility, let alone one that can match ninjas. That being said, I'm making this based on a few videos on Youtube going into details about their race, and gameplay material regarding their agility was scarce, so I might be wrong here.
