They don't start of seeing each other, so prove to me that she can perceive Leon faster than he would and shoot her gun faster than he could. Because Leon is fast on the draw.

Well she is from a fraternity of assassins, Leon is not. Assassins that track their targets from long distances. Just because they start far away enough from eachother not to be able to see one another doesn't mean it stays that way. Leon was awarded for his marksmanship, but there is nothing in his character that I can see to suggest that he would perceive her first.  Her fraternity has lots of experience killing from a distance and in fights where visibility is not good. Long range gun fighting is more of a thing for her, has Leon been in a shootout in the Resident Evil games?

I love Leon, but Fox is an expert at killing and can curve bullets like a pro. Leon won't see that coming and it only takes one bullet...
