2nd Grand Cross-Galactic Budokai Tenkaichi Semi-Final M2 - She-Hulk vs. Darth Maul

*The battle between All Might and Mario raged on. The two traded blows for what felt like hours.*

All Might: TEXAS SMASH!

Mario: WAHOO!

*The two collided in a flash of light and shook the arena. The dust finally settled. In one corner, Mario stood on one knee breathing ragged breath. His body was in bad shape, but not worse than All Might. The audience stood in awe as All Might's body was deflated and feeble.*

J.R: Folks, if you're just joining us we're in what looks to be the last inning of this contest. Mario and All Might have given each other their all. Going blow for blow and refusing to quit.

Lawler: I think that story is about over, J.R. Look at All Might, he's half the man he was just a minute ago. This is insane!

All Might: You've certainly surprised me... Mario. Those powers of yours... I can't compete.

*Mario manages to stand on both feet, still trying to catch his breath.*

All Might: But even so-

*Steam wafts from All Might's body as he regains his One For All form. He clenches his fist.*

All Might: I have to win.

*Power explodes from All Might as he dashes toward the helpless Mario.*

All Might: UNITED STATES OF-

Lawler: Oh god, here it comes J.R!

*Cloaked in the shadows behind the entryway, Darth Maul called upon the force. A twist of his hand and the moments of the battle slow, and slow, and slow. All Might can feel the air resisting him, taking longer to reach Mario. He finally swings but his arm moves like slow motion.*

All Might: SMASH!!!

*Mario thinks quickly and uses his final move. Mario throws his cap. Suddenly Mario is gone and All Might's attack misses. Mario's red hat and mustache now attached to All Might.*

J.R: What the hell is going on, King?

*All Might looks to the confused crowd.*

All Might: It's a me... ALL MARIO!

*All Might leaps over the edge of the ring, his cap dashing off his body a second before All Might touches the ground. Mario is the sole combatant in the ring.*

*There is complete silence, then a slow clap begins as Mario is named the victor.*

Lawler: Oh my god, J.R. I'm speechless. What did we just see?

J.R: Possibly one of the greatest matches of our lifetime, King. I'm still trying to make sense of it myself.

Lawler: Well the fans loved it, that's for sure. Listen to that applause!

*Mario admired the crowd with his hand raised, but suddenly clasps his neck and falls to his knees.*

J.R: What's this? Something's wrong with Mario, King.

Lawler: Ref, do something!

*Before Ainz Ooal Gown can reach Mario, Darth Maul reveals himself from the shadows and enters the ring. His hand is raised, using the force to choke Mario.*

Maul: A wonderful display, Plumber. But you'll be in my way next round and I don't think either of us want to wait that long.

*Mario tries to stand, but can't break the hold. His face begins to turn purple.*

Ainz: You shouldn't be here!

Maul: Oh, and are you going to stop me?

*Ainz raises his hand, then puts it back down.*

Ainz: No, but she will.

*Darth Maul turned just in time to see She-Hulk clothesline him, knocking him two yards away and breaking the force choke.*

She-Hulk: Pick on someone your own size. Or better yet, let someone bigger than you teach you what it's like.

*Mario catches his breath as Ainz escorts him and All Might's unconscious body from the ring.*

Ainz: Start the match!

*The gong sounds. Maul gets back to his feet and ignites his lightsaber.*

Maul: You will regret getting in my way.

She-Hulk VS Darth Maul

Each combatant will have respected powers and equipment that they can carry into the ring. No outside help or influence. They have gained knowledge about each other's capabilities from watching the previous rounds.

Tournament standard ring from Dragon Ball.

Ring Out, Knockout, or Death all count as elimination.

I think She-Hulk takes this pretty handily. She’s stronger, more durable, and her healing factor ensures she stay standing against anything Maul throws at her.

Something tells me her strength advantage and overall ability is just too much for someone like Maul.

While She-Hulk is stronger, I think they are close in speed. She has that impressive healing factor too but the thing is that Maul knows all of this. He's watched her in the previous rounds so he has some idea of how she fights. That gives him an advantage, not counting his force abilities.

Sorry I missed this good set-up, Russ. Good move to have Maul interfere on Mario's behalf, 'cuz that's probably the only way he'd win against someone as powerful as All Might. 

As for the match, I would've also voted for She-Hulk.

Yeah that was my thought as well. Plus I hadn't played with the idea of a competitor interfering with another match and this was a great opportunity for that.

I missed this too. She-Hulk definitely should have won, but i'm surprised Maul didn't get at least one vote.

Kind of surprised myself. Mario vs Darth Maul would have been an interesting fight.
