Hum.  Well, this is a mind bender.

OK, so Catherine Tramell is a highly intelligent, manipulative, psychotic serial killer who likes to kill people with an ice pick during sex.  Just based on that you would think this is a no go.

In Beauty and the Beast, her character would totally hook up with Gaston, and kill him.

BUT, you have a character that's also a monster as well, with the advantage of an Enchanted castle.  Jake T. Colton is an adventurous, brave and no bullshit kind of guy.

Either this ends in love or they fight to the death.

@Fox and @Movie-Brat guys the idea is Jake is supposed to make Catherine fall truly in love with him, that’s kinda the whole deal about the BatB curse. If y’all know anything about Catherine Tramell then you know that is never happening. Tramell is cold-blooded bitch, a true femme fatale who only loves the sport of manipulation and murder. Trying to explain loving another human being to her would be like trying to explain the alphabet to an ant. It’s just not in their nature to understand it. That’s why I picked her as my man-eater, their’s just no scenario that ends with her learning to love another, even a great guy like Jake I’m afraid.

CATHERINE. How come I didn't think of her? Yeah, I don't think she's gonna fall in love with anyone soon, even someone as adventurous as Colton. Funnily enough, she might recognize Colton as her former lover (because they're both played by Michael Douglas) and could easily toy with him just as she did with her former lover.
