Gun vs. Boomerang.

I lean gun in that match-up.  I assume you can get off your attack quicker.

Before anyone tries to argue that Boomerang wins because his attacks are fast enough to hit the Flash, I’ll remind them that even a street level characters like Deadshot can outdraw him:

A lot of factors come into play here, more so than who has the gun and who doesn't.

The cold weather will effect both contenders here, and while it may seem like Chris has the advantage due to having a superior weapon in certain aspects, his guns, especially if not winter-proofed will have problems in operating effectively in a more frigid environment such as this, whereas Boomerang while he could encounter problems with the environment, would not be as prone to the same problems that Chris will encounter with or with out prep. Boomerang's problems, in and of themselves rely on mostly that of the wind currents and how fast a boomerang would and could fly in a frigid environment, problems that are important to factor, but to be honest, not as efficient at slowing him down, as Chris' problem would him, because I think a boomerang can operate with relatively less friction than that of a gun in a winter environment such as this.

To summarize, my point, I'm thinking that Boomerang will have a slight advantage over Chris here, not because of the weapons they hold, but rather because the particular conditions each contender is faced with and how their weapons would react to those conditions in a situation like this.
