Tough one, but I'll take Fox.

Fox should have a better reflection than Rambo but he still got the better experience of military and strategies.

I’m going with Rambo because I see him as the better fighter than Fox.

This terrain doesn't seem like it provides an advantage to either of these contenders.

Fox can curve a bullet, but not super helpful if you are hitting mirror images.

Seems like a toss-up to me.

I agree with @Fox that this one is a toss up...

So on a measure of good faith, I'm going to go with Rambo here. I mean Rambo does make use of his environments, sometimes even on the fly. I'm not sure what kind of equipment which he is carrying on him, but assuming he's got an M60 Assault Rifle, and maybe his bow and arrows as well... especially with the explosive tipped... Not only would Fox have to worry about dodging the arrows, but she would also have to worry about the explosion range and the flying shards of glass coming in towards her.
