I would think that Buster has been in this scenario before, or something similar to it-- or at the very least, has learned from Bugs Bunny on how to deal with a situation like this. Not only would he outsmart the aliens, but I even think he could potentially injure and cripple a few of them based on cartoon physics. Also, we need to consider the possibility that while Kwicky is fast, he might not even know the layout of the spaceship. As a matter of fact, neither Buster nor Kwicky would know.

I just see Buster fairing better here, mostly because of cartoon physics, his creativity and antics, and he was taught by one of the best... Bugs Bunny.
