Huh. Midnighter and Grifter have actually fought a couple of times in the comics. Midnighter always had the edge with his abilities, but Grifter gained the edge in one fight only because Midnighter opted to mess around instead of finishing the job.

No such thing should happen in a random match-up like this. Midnighter wins the day this time out.

that fight was random midnighter had the element of surprise  not that it would have mattered

midnighter is a low level superhuman and cole is just peak human and that damn  computer

From what I've looked up on Midnighter and Zealot, a fight between them here would be awesome.

Heh, I read those panels. Then and now, it still looks to me like Midnighter could've easily turned the tables back on Grifter.
