But for real, this could go either way.  I'll give an edge to Sound of Music Maria.

Uhm, Marias is a fun matchup.

I’ll argue that West Side Maria has a better chance of entertaining Annie Wilkes. Ms. Wilkes likes romance novels, and I think Maria can hit that note better. both have a good chance of escaping, outmaneuver got Annie isn’t too tall of order.
