This is not directly connected to my other Gallen Vs Gunmen match but is in the same universe.

 

As the blackjack game ran its coarse a business deal was reached between the three, with Tommy pocketing another million in winnings. The deal included the three gangs staying out of each others turf, with the Russian Mafia setting up business operations in areas of Liberty City outside of Leone control as well as gaining a tight hold on Carcer City. The Russians also begin distributing drugs from Tommy's partners in their areas along with selling cheap smuggled Russian guns to Tommy and Salvatore's gang. Many Leone wiseguys taking a liking to the Saiga shotguns sold to them by Russian arms dealers.

 

MEANWHILE IN LIBYA

 

A team of Italian Special Forces under a Black Op for NATO in Libya committed a series of grizzly war crimes including killing a town full of Libyan civilians and due to this are left for dead by NATO command during the intervention and captured by Libyan officials,they are awaiting trail and likely execution when Intelligence Agent Mike Toreno he forwards this information to Tommy Vercetti. He sees the value in having such elite level members of his organization and with Toreno's help makes contact via coded messages and they agree, if Tommy can arrange a rescue they will work for Tommy in Vice City and anywhere else their help is needed. Tommy makes another deal with Gallen once he gets back from Cuba as the civil war rages in Cuba. Tommy telling Gallen he can make more money if he can lead a team of wiseguys and mercenaries into the small prison near the Libyan coast and rescue the Black Ops team. Gallen eagerly agrees. He arms himself with an suppressed Škorpion SMG, a Glock 17 pistol, his trademark sword and combat knife. The two wiseguys joining the mission are armed with AK-74s, Glock 17s and machetes. The three mercenaries on the team are while combat experienced certainly not Special Forces level training. They are also wielding AK-74s, Saiga Shotguns and Colt M1911A1s. One swaps for a Dragunov Sniper rifle as the team Sniper.

 

Within a few days the team arrive on the Libyan coast with the help of Toreno they gain a helicopter, one of the mercenaries radios in that they are dropping off supplies to the prison camp. They agree to let them land. The largely poorly trained guards have little idea to no what is coming. The prison itself is on the other side of the compound to which the team has to make its away across. , free the prisons, preferably arming them from the armory that is in the prison for the security staff and make an escape under NATO air cover provided by Toreno's connections. The team arrives at the camp, landing quickly disabling communications for the camp. They have the element of surprise despite being outnumbered by the AK-47 wielding Libyan guards. Does the rogue Black Ops team make its getaway?
