Huh, so the first time the two teams that go into the Death Match as the points leaders match up is in the Death Match itself? interesting. 

Well, both Leo and the Hall of Mirrors might make this interesting momentarily, but Midnighter should have this in the end. Midnighter's faster, stronger, on par skills-wise, has his strong healing factor, and, most importantly, his battle computer will let him know what Leo's capable of and come up with multiple ways to take the Turtle down long before the battle starts.

strength is about even i think they are both in the 3000 pound range  

but midnighter has every other advantage and  the stealth that leo has been trained to bank on his entire life  is no good at all here

I don't know; Midnighter seems to have feats that would place him well above that mark.

This might be a long shot but what if Leo pulled off that turning into a dragon trick him and his bros did in Season 5?

Classic TMNT. Arguably the end of the 2003 show's vintage era.

Problem is that Midnighter could see it coming with his battle computer's precog. From there he could likely take Leo out mid-transformation, or even tag Dragon Leo at a crucial spot to do the job (he has knocked super-powered beings for a loop before).
