I know little to nothing about Doogie Howser, sorry man.

I can say though because of how precise and how insistent Shaun is with his job, it's gonna be dramatic as all hell. Even if he's right about a medical theory that can save someones life, the risk of it killing or paralyzing someone is gonna make it the more dramatic as he is always honest and almost never lies as he's not good at it.
