I don't recall Fiona singing in Shrek 1-4.  Correct me if I'm wrong and she had a song.

If not, I'll have to go with Moana who had much to sing about.

While Fiona did sing, she didn't really sing an "I want" song. There is an "I want" song in Shrek the Musical, though.

 

It's nowhere near as good as Moana's though
