Meowth keeps on ticking through a ton of abuse. In addition, he is a master of disguise. I think he can make it 24 hours

Yeah, I tend to agree. If something were to find him immediately and really try to wear him down it could kill him. Pokemon in the show have durability limits, and I seem to remember times where Meowth was pushed to his, even despite his toon-force-like resilience. That said, he's also pretty crafty and smart, and there's no guarantee that he'd be found by anything dangerous at all really
