Thieves Challenge: Horse and cattle rustling!

In this challenge I lean Carmen Sandiego.  She steals huge and impossible things like monuments. I can imagine her stealing an entire cattle ranch including the barn.

Carmen stealing cattle seems a little out of her historical themed wheelhouse, but I think that she can handle it.
