From my limited knowledge of Neal Caffrey, I don't think he would do well here. Arthur isn't very acrobatic, but he does have some feats in balance and agility. Shooting and fighting from horseback, balancing and fighting on the back of a train, stuff like that. Basically, Arthur can balance on things while fighting, and is faster than the average person because he's so used to surviving and running around in the wild west. Unless I'm severely underestimating Neal, Arthur wins a pretty boring acrobatics contest
