I think this is the second time Carmen has gotten this challenge. I think she has it though. Probably in some grand scheme ending with the theft of a Babylon Bull-god idol at the end.

Hasky isn't really a rancher or cowgirl per say, so I can't say how she would fare in that aspect of things. She's athletic for sure, but the test in that alone would be dependent on how skilled Carmen is by comparison.

If she is allowed to use her Jet Squirrel here, I would give Hasky more of an edge over Carmen, but overall it is likely going to be a close one in terms of how it plays out.
