Beverly easily! Like, come on. Hush I doubt is the type to make a patient feel comfortable.

I wouldn't dismiss Hush too quickly. Yes, he looks like a mummy, and yes, he's a violent murderer, but he's also a world-renowned surgeon who has worked in a hospital for almost all of his adult life. You don't become a great surgeon by having bad bedside manner. Hush was charismatic enough that he could fool Batman for an extended period of time into thinking he was his friend, and Batman is the most paranoid man around. Hush is deceptively good at this challenge

Imagine if somebody has heart problems though. One good look, instant heart attack. 

Beverly, at least wouldn't dare to scare the patient.

I don’t doubt that Hush could try to lie and pretend to be a good friendly doctor, but I think Beverly would have an easier time with this because she wouldn’t have to fake her genuine concern and positive attitude. It’s a lot easier to do your job if your truly being yourself then just pretending to be someone your not.
