If Leslie can save an injured Zsasz (a notorious serial killer in Gotham City) and talk both Killer Croc out of killing him and then talk Zsasz himself out of killing other patients once he recovers, I'm liking her odds with a slightly-more stable Carrie.

Man, Hawkeye really has 4 wins huh? Pretty huge. I think he would do very well at saving people. I don't know about talking Carrie down though. I don't know enough about Leslie Thompkins to speculate how well she would do

Well, during the instances I mentioned, Thompkins was running Gotham's only medical clinic when the city was in literal ruins and declared no longer part of the US, so one could imagine the other horrors she had to deal with. Aside from that, she's also patched up and counseled various members of the Bat family. In fact, Bruce has at times considered Leslie a surrogate mom.
