Eris definitely feels like the winner here.

Eris for sure, she's a goddess who manipulates others and if she wanted to do it herself she could.

Nasira too, is a decent manipulator as she managed to trick Aladdin into acquiring the artifacts she needed to resurrect Jafar, via her disguises and acting abilities.

Arguably, Aladdin is rather gullible, as he fell for Jafar's tricks as well, but her skills are still very impressive because of that.

Both would find it hard to swindle Scrooge, but I think that it is possible for Nasira to do it in a way that may seem less fantastical.

Wait, did Aladdin and Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas cross over at some point?

Forgive me; I'm so behind on my Disney stuff. Disney likes to crossover its properties a lot (especially in the 2000's), though, so It wouldn't surprise me.

LOL no I think you're thinking of the Hercules Aladdin crossover. Sinbad is Dreamworks, though Aladdin and Sinbad are both from Arabian Nights
