The scenario of it being a fleet battle more benefits the Martians I think. I can’t really recall the Xiliens using their ships for combat of any capacity, but I do remember the Mars Attacks Martians having pretty powerful laser beams on their ships and shielding powerful enough to tank a nuclear bomb.

If these are the Showa Xiliens, would they be allowed to use King Ghidorah?

That would be a good argument, but in both Showa films the Xiliens don’t start out in control of King Ghidorah. In their first film they needed Godzilla and Rodan to capture King Ghidorah for them.

Maybe, but the Xiliens could have King Ghidorah under their control in this match.
