Seras should have this one. Her regen means she's basically impossible to kill without holy weapons, and even then, she got impaled by Anderson dozens of times and was fighting in just a few seconds, and that was after she was recently sired. She's also strong enough to tear another vampire to shreds with her bare hands, and fast enough to dodge and block automatic rifle fire with her shadow arm. Seras just outclasses Red Sonja

I like Red Sonja in this battle.  Red brings more to the table than her opponent Seras.

1. Stealth Master with hightened senses - the terrain suits her.

2. Scathath's Divine Protection: As chosen of the goddess Scathath, enjoys unique benefits, including occasional good fortune, mitigation of potentially fatal blows landed against her to less fatal ones, and a vaguely divine aspect, striking awe and fear into lesser people when she needs to.

 

She has a luck power AND she is a divine protected weapons master.  Seras is vulnerable to sunlight and holy objects such as blessed weaponry.

What is Seras going to even do if the sun is out?  Too many disadvantages on her. Red Sonja takes it, I figure.

First, having a divine aura and actually having divine weapons are different things. Does she have weapons that are blessed by the Christian God? If not, it's likely they won't hurt Seras at all. Second, her Stealth Mastery is useless here. Seras' regen will get her through any attack Red Sonja has. Again, Seras was impaled by over ten holy blades before she was even a full vampire, and she was completely fine. Alucard, who Seras is more like now that she's a full vampire, was able to fight through dozens of holy blades impaling him all at once multiple times. Holy weapons are technically a weakness, yes, but she's not like other vampires where holy weapons are going to kill her outright. It's just that holy weapons are the only kind that can potentially kill her. Third, Seras is definitely faster. Casually dodging machine gun fire and easily dispatching FTE vampires beats point-blank lightning sight-dodging, which is the best feat I can find for Sonja. As for the sunlight, Seras as weak to it early in the series, but Alucard is out during the day no problem. He simply says it's "tiring." Once Seras becomes a True Vampire, she would logically get all of Alucard's powers, and that would include his much stronger resistance to sunlight. Again, Seras is too fast, can regenerate anything Red Sonja can hit her with, even specifically resisting holy blades before, and you yourself have said that a minor luck power isn't enough to swing the fight when one competitor is just more skilled and physically stronger than the other in the Punisher/Domino fight. This should go to Seras
