I don't know if we can include the Galra portrayed in the new Voltron cartoon because they are different in name, home planet but anyway, I don't know Michonne but as this category always points out, if they're not looking for her she could probably hide out for a day. 

We don't know anything about the Planet Doom's nature. Dangerous animals and fire pits and stuff.

On principle I'll give it to the lady (from walking dead right?).

Yeah the planet doesn’t appear to have that many dangerous wildlife and elements to it so Michonne could probably survive for a day.

Going by the old cartoon/anime of Voltron. The only thing Michonne would have to worry about are the Ultra Droids. If they catch Michonne, she may be force to fight a Robeast in the battle arena.
