Mh, from what I remember, Mar-Vell is not nearly as strong or as fast as his later successor Carol Danvers, more in the Spider Man range there. His greatest ability is his cosmic awareness but I think a few times it has been shown to be lacking when it comes to determining things about people/stuff from other dimensions/universes. J’onn should take this

but he is better with his powers  and packs a enough  of a punch to knock thanos on his ass and  is still fast enough to keep up with manhunter this is a verry winable fight for either of them

I like Martian Manhunter here. Mostly because of his hax. Telepathy and intangibility is a tough combo, and strength nearing the level of Superman doesn't hurt either. He's very durable and he can play mind games as well as throwing you through a planet
