Hmm, Victor’s skilled but even movie Spidey probably more acrobatic, has Spidey sense and I think greater strength. Vic’s susceptible to KOs

Spider-Man doesn't even need to go for the K.O. He could just web Sabretooth up and I don't think the movie Sabretooth is strong enough to get out of that.

I imagine Sabretooth can just cut the webs? He's extremely difficult to put down, if he can tag Peter he can just kill him, and Peter has a way harder time putting him down especially when considering his healing factor.

The environment favors Sabretooth, but Spidey will probably win. Vic would likely be arrogant enough to charge Pete head on and that would be his downfall. The web slinger is stronger, faster, and his webbing gives him much greater control of the battleground.
