I think Larfleeze may have the advantage here. He's far more versatile. Lobo is very hard to kill and is very strong, but that can only get him so far

I mean Larfleeze may be strong, but he also is going to get distracted with running everyone off Hoth to take it for his own.

Lobo is very familiar with lanterns and is smart enough to take advantage of them when the opportunity arises. I think Larfleeze underestimates Lobo and he pays the price.

By feats Larfleeze should be much stronger then Lobo. Larfleeze is an entire Lantern corps all to himself and has bodied heavy hitters like Atrocitus, Brainiac, and Krona! So barring shenanigans I don’t think Lobo can win here.
