Do Orcs even know the fundamentals of Dodgeball?

At least the Mutants know how to play the game and likely have athletes on their side who might be really good at the game.

It's not like dodgeball is a complicated game. Give an orc a ball and say "hit that guy as hard as you can with the ball" and they'll get the gist of it. Orcs tend to be far stronger and more athletic than your average human, and while maybe not as fast, they make up for it with sheer physicality. I give it to the Orcs

I wonder, just in general terms, whether the Orcs would be more used to dodging. 

I'm assuming they usually face off against arrows, which are dodgeable, whereas the mutants in our common era are probably more used to guns and not dodging. 

Just a wierd thought that popped into my head.

My impression of Orcs is that they tank damage more than dodge it.  I'm thinking those skinny mutant gang kids are probably more nimble.
