Seras should win this one. Ethan has experience with supernatural beings, but not like this one. Her regen makes her impossible for him to kill, and she's way too fast. And again, once she becomes a full vampire, she has all of Alucard's powers, including his ability to be out in the sunlight. Alucard says the sunlight is simply tiring. By the time it would have any real effect, Seras will have already won

While Ethan has faced and killed a vampire in Resident Evil Village, unfortunately Seras is a much more advanced and powerful vampire then Lady Dimitrescu so I don’t see how he’ll win here.
