I feel like the Stormtroopers have the advantage here. They're militarily trained and well-armed, assuming weapons are allowed. They also have body armor, which definitely helps

Worth noting that when stormtroopers are up against anyone that is not a main character or being led by main characters, they are pretty effective. Hoth and boarding the the Tantive IV are both very one sided military actions. Troopers will take and hold the hill.
