If they're allowed their support systems, Kaa wins this for Shere Khan. Neither would do great at this, but Shere Khan is great at using power and fear to make other animals do what he wants. This might be his best category

I think the penguins speak English? Even if they don't, I'm willing to grant that he could for this challenge because I don't think it would get him a win. The penguins are used to taking out humans. Shere Khan is a tiger who takes out bears, entire wolf packs (in the live action one), and jaguars all at once. He should still take it
