Yep, 

Difference being that Rhino is far less likely to get distracted by blood, food, or friends ( new or old ) and there for be more successful than King Shark.

Both would probably be pretty even in terms of competence here, but I agree that Rhino's single-mindedness would serve him well here. Unlike last time, his opponent isn't smart enough to get away with no consequences, so I'm going with Rhino here

While both villains are pretty dumb and almost equally likely to destroy the art they were supposed to steal, I think Rhino is at least a little bit smarter/competent then King Shark so if I had to choose I guess I’d have to go with Rhino.
