Punisher definitely has weapons that could take out Goliath, but they aren't standard load-out. If it's a random encounter, I don't think he has the firepower to take down the guy who can tank anti-air guns

Goliath's durability is suspect as he can be cut by blades.

Eh, I think some here have been overrating Goliath's durability a bit. Gargoyles are at least aware that they aren't bullet-proof. 

That AA-gun feat? It kinda looks more like the shot grazed Goliath more than hit him directly.

Not sure that qualifies as a tanking. 

But yeah, Frank's still gonna have to be packing something pretty strong to put the hurt on the big guy.

Fair enough, I remembered that feat being a lot more definitively tanky than that, but I think that's just because it's one of those feats that gets said so often that it kind of becomes its own canon. That said, per his respect thread, he is incredibly tanky still. He survives landmines, grenades, and all kinds of laser weapons, so I think he'll be able to survive Frank's standard load out. Again, if he had prep and could bring out the big guns, I think Punisher could very well win this, but as is, I just don't know that his standard arsenal will put Goliath down quickly enough

MacBeth could tangle with Goliath. Frank definitely has that level of skill. It won't be easy but I think he would pull out the win.
