I'll have to brush up on Carol, the last comic I read with her. She was slowed down by Frank Castle in the WarMachine armor, granted it's Punisher in Iron-Man lite armor, and probably a low showing. 

Still out side of the MCU Danvers is never treated as the big gun In her universe. The way Kent is in his.

Yeah, Superman is probably a slightly higher tier than Carol. That said, Carol is 0-3? Has she just gotten rough match-ups? That's a little surprising
