I am not familiar with Battle Beast.

Black Bolt does have a very versatile kit which allows for different win conditions.  Most notably, simply speaking a word.  Couldn't say how that applies to Battle-Beast, though.

This is an odd one. Pure strength and resilience could mean that Battle Beast has the advantage. He fought a super powered world breaker to a standstill, he may just take this.

Battle Beast isn't at strong as all that. The strongest people in Invincible needed substantial help to break a planet. There were 4 people involved in that feat. Black Bolt's voice would put him down

I think Black Bolt stomps here. Pure melee characters, Battle Beast included,should get overwhelmed by Bolt’s voice.
