Boratz Posted April 12, 2023 Posted April 12, 2023 The Bad Batch led the Indominus Rex far away from Marauder. This creature was fast and smart. Every time they tried to lead it into a trap, the creature found a way to break free. After several close calls, the team of enhanced clones were able to defeat the dangerous beast. As the Indominus laid lifeless on the ground, Hunter stood over the creature. He looked back at his team and smiled. It was almost like old times during the height of the Clone Wars. Hunter remembered the many different beasts that they had encountered on their missions. Wrecker was laughing while leaning back against the body of the Indominus. Hunter then looked off into the trees and felt as if something was wrong. There was movement from within the trees. Before Hunter could react, he saw creatures descending down from high above the tree lines. These beasts were covered in hair and armor. While they only carried swords and shields, they were extremely fast. These creatures were stronger than most of the team. With Wrecker still healing from his earlier wounds from the Scorpius Rex, he struggled against the creatures. Nets were thrown over Omega and Echo, while Tech was pounced on by one of the beasts. Hunter tried to aim his blaster at the attacking creatures, but he was knocked down hard against the ground. Hunter dropped his blaster and tried pushing himself off the ground. One of the beasts stood before him. He grabbed at the creature's leg. The armored beast reached down and picked Hunter off the ground. He brought Hunter in close and the Clone Sergeant could feel the warm breath coming from his mouth. "Get your stinking hands off me, you damn dirty human!" Attar roared while throwing Hunter back onto the ground. Clone Force 9 was dragged and carried through the thick wilderness. They heard that sounds of countless creatures from the distance, but they did not pay much attention to what was beyond the trees. Their focus was on the army of hairy beasts that captured them. Hunter looked in all directions to see if he could find an opportunity to escape, but he knew that there was little that he could do to escape. These beasts were large in number. They were strong, they were fast, and they were smart. He heard the grunting sounds of his fellow team mates. Hunter tried looking to see if they were okay, but every time he tried to move around, he was whipped by one of the creatures. He growled while he tried to ignore the pain from the lashings, but he could hear the young Omega whimpering in the arms of one of the hairy beasts. Up ahead, Hunter could see a glimpse of what looked like a city built within the trees. There were walls that surrounded this city in the woods. While being dragged through this Kingdom of the Apes, the Clone Sergeant could see torches that shined upon the different homes. Small ape children came out to see the humans that were being carried through the village. Some pointed and laughed while others threw rocks at the Bad Batch. Hunter heard Wrecker yelling at the mocking creatures while heard Omega started pleading with their captors. The large ape that earlier had beaten Hunter down to his knees roared in Wrecker's face while they reached what appeared to be a prison. With the prison doors opening, the apes threw the Bad Batch into one of the many cells. Hunter quickly made his way toward Omega to make sure that she was alright. He looked over the rest of his team and saw that they were okay. From within this cage, they heard the whimpering sounds of other inmates in this prison. Echo made out the images of other humans and creatures. He looked around and saw a large figuring sitting in the shadows. After his eyes got adjusted to the dim light, he could see that the figure was that of a large wookie. After catching his breath, the former ARC trooper turned to look back at Hunter. He saw that Hunter was studying his surroundings and he knew that the Clone Sergeant was trying to find a way to escape. Wrecker walked over to the bars and was about to try to rip through them. Before the large clone could place his hands around the bars, several guards had approached the cage. There was a smaller ape that was lurking behind the guards and he looked over the new batch of humans. The smaller ape sighed and shook his head before looking back at the one that had attacked Hunter. "This is what you brought me." Limbo muttered while gesturing at the Bad Batch. "Absolutely pitiful. Disgusting really." "They killed an indominus rex." Attar muttered while glaring at the orangutan. "Oh, really now! Well, they may just be worth a pretty penny on the open market." Limbo grinned while looking over Clone Force 99. "I guess all humans looks pitiful and disgusting. Hopefully, they will be better than that thing over there." He said while pointing at the imprisoned wookie. "The only good thing that it has brought is some money in the gladiator battles. Even then, he has cost me a lot keep more than it is worth. No one wants that freak." Attar shook his head and was about to leave with his squad. The Ape Colonel did not care much for Limbo's business. His duty was to his kingdom, not making money from trading these weaker beings. Limbo looked over the Clones once again and started thinking about how he would go about selling them on the open market. He grinned while walking away with his guards. Hunter sighed while looking back his squad. He then looked around the prison cell and tried to scope out his surroundings. The Clone Sergeant then looked over the large dark wookie. Hunter looked at his squad and then looked back at the wookie. He slowly approached him. "Who are you?" Hunter asked while standing before the wookie. The dark wookie shook his head and did not respond to the enhanced clone. Hunter glanced back at his squad and then looked back at the wookie. "How long have you been here?" Hunter asked. The dark wookie unleashed an unsettling growl while turning his head away from Hunter. The Clone Sergeant could tell that this wookie was larger than most he had encountered in his life. He felt the anger and rage that burned within this warrior. Omega stepped forward and stepped in front of Hunter. "You can talk to us. It is okay. We are not going to hurt you." Omega said with a warm smile. The large dark wookie turned his head and looked over the Clones. His dark eyes looked over the small Clone and then he looked up at the rest of the Bad Batch. The wookie let out a small chuckle and grunted some words in his language. Hunter let out a small laugh while stepping forward. Omega looked back at Hunter with a curious look. "What did he say?" Omega asked. "He said we could not hurt him even if the apes did not take our weapons from us." Hunter responded while keeping his eyes on the wookie. "What is your name?" He asked once again. The wookie growled and grunted while glaring at the Clone Sergeant. "His name is Krrsantan. He has been trapped here for several months." Tech translated while stepping next to Hunter. "How did you get here? Why are you not on Kashyyyk?" Hunter asked. Krrsantan let out some more grunts and growls while turning to face the Clones. "He says that he was exiled from Kashyyyk long ago. He is now a bounty hunter. He was tracking a target and they crashed onto this planet. That is when they were captured by the apes." Tech translated. Krrsantan stood up and let out some more sounds while walking toward the Clones. "The ape general killed his target in front of him, and Krrsantan was taken to the slave traders. He has been forced to fight in an arena ever since." Tech continued to translate. "Have you ever tried escaping?" Hunter asked. Krrsantan grunted while sitting back down and turning his head away from the Clones. "Many times, but he has always been captured. There are too many apes for him to deal with alone." Tech translated. "You are not alone anymore." Hunter responded. "We have a ship. We can get you off this planet if you help us escape." The large wookie laughed while shaking his head. "There are too many apes and their a many other dangers beyond their borders." Tech translated. "WE KNOW! TRUST ME!" Wrecker laughed. "If we work together, we can come up with a plan and escape." Hunter said. Krrsantan glared at Hunter with his piercing eyes. He then rose to his feet and walked toward the Clone Sergeant. The wookie toward over Hunter while the Clone Sergeant stared up at him. Krrsantan grunted and growled while continuing to look down at the enhanced clone. "He says that our weapons were taken to an armory not far from here. He will help us escape, but we will need to take him to the planet of his choosing." Tech translated. Hunter nodded his head in agreement. He then glanced at the cages of other creatures that were imprisoned in the ape city. There were creatures of many kinds that none of the Clones could recognize and an assortment of humans. The Clone Sergeant then looked back up at the large wookie. "If you help us out of here, we can release all these other prisoners." Hunter said while gesturing at all the other prison cells. Krrsantan shook his head and growled. "There is no reason to rescue these savages." Tech translated. "They have just as much right for freedom as we do." Hunter responded. "We just need to get them out of this city." Krrsantan stood in silence and then growled. "Very well then but once out we are out of the city, they are in their own." Tech translated. The Bad Batch and Krrsantan were able to pry open the prison cell while the ape guards were distracted. As the elite team of enhanced clones kept a lookout for the guards, the large wookie warrior was able to break open the multitude of prison cells. The Bad Batch and Krrsantan stood back while hordes of creatures rushed out of their cells. They watched as they scattered throughout the streets of Ape City. Krrsantan then led the Clones to the armory. Krrsantan was able to knock out the distracted guards while Clone Force 99 gathered their weapons and supplies. The other humans that escaped were also able to gather primitive weapons while Krrsantan was able to retrieve his knuckle dusters. He roared while finding his blaster in pieces. The apes must have destroyed it after his last attempt at escaping. From outside the armory, they heard a horn echoing through the Ape Kingdom. "We have to leave now!" Hunter ordered. "The other creatures have made themselves known. They will be a nice distraction but not for long." While the Bad Batch, Krrsantan, and the other humans made their way through the Ape Kingdom to escape; Colonel Attar led his troops against the hordes of dangerous creatures that were freed by the Clones. General Thade watched over the chaos from his father's home and growled. Trade heard his aging father calling out for his son. "Yes, father?" Thade asked while standing by his father's bed side. "You need to kill those armored humans and that hairy dark abomination." Zaius ordered in a weak old voice. "Attar is leading the troops against the escaped prisoners." Thade reassured his father. "No.... No... The ones that came from above... They will only bring death and destruction to our kind. They have weapons that are far beyond that of swords and spears." Zaius coughed out. "Why do you fear them so much, father?" Thade hissed. "Those that came from the skies have weapons that can enslave us all. You need to kill them. You need to damn them, damn them all to hell!" Zaius yelled. Thade hissed while stepping away from his ailing father. He looked outside upon the Ape City. Fires were spreading while Colonel Attar did the best he could in fighting against the hordes of creatures. Thade gripped his sword tight while leaving his father's home. He led his own squad and tracked the humans outside the city. After leading his squad outside the city walls, they found the humans. Thade ordered his squad to kill all of them. Hunter's eyes widened while the apes were following close behind. He knew that they had to face them. He shouted out orders while preparing for battle against the apes. Meanwhile, General Thade circled around the battle that was ensuing between his squad and the humans. He saw the large dark beast that they had captured all those months ago. Thade jumped off his horse and stood before the large wookie warrior. Thade drew his sword and circled around the wookie. Krrsantan roared while getting his knuckle dusters ready for battle. ******************************* While the Bad Batch and the other humans are distracted with Thade's squad of apes, Thade is engaging in battle against Krrsantan. Krrsantan has his knuckle dusters Thade has his sword, dagger and shield.

Pizzaguy2995 Posted April 15, 2023 Posted April 15, 2023 In a battle of ape vs Wookiee putting my money down on the Wookiee. On top of being taller and heavier Wookiees on average are about 6 times stronger than humans whereas Chimps like Thane on average are about 2 times stronger. That plus Krrsantan combat experience and feats of fighting off opponents far tougher then Thane makes me vote for the Wookiee bounty hunter.
Mercenaryblade Posted April 15, 2023 Posted April 15, 2023 Krrsantan is a gladiator, one on one fights against skilled opponents are his specialty.
