Well, this is a bit of a bad matchup for ol' Arthur lol. I'll give it a go though.

Arthur is a legendary hunter, and he can track in just about every environment in RDR2. He's also obviously a legendary gunslinger, and could probably outdraw Chewie. He can take down all kinds of monster-sized animals like giant bears, alligators, and while it wasn't Arthur, John was able to kill the last of the Sasquatches. If Chewie got the drop on him, Arthur would be in trouble, but I think he's a good enough hunter that he could sneak up on Chewie, and a good enough shot that he would only need one opportunity to put him down

In a mirror maze, both Arthur and Chewbacca would have to rely on their senses, reflexes, and intelligence to find and defeat their opponent. Arthur might have an advantage in accuracy and stealth, while Chewbacca would definitely have an advantage in strength and durability. It would be a close and unpredictable fight, but I think Chewbacca would have a slight edge over Arthur, because of his superior physicality and resilience.

I do think the environment might play a huge part in deciding this match. Cause while in a straight up fight Chewie could easily handle Arthur, the Wookie unfortunately does have a record of panicking and making costly mistakes when he’s put in a stressful situation. Could the confusing and disorienting House of Mirrors distract Chewie long enough for the more level headed Arthur to get the jump on him? Hard to say.
