I reckon a Transformer is wackier. I have no idea how fast they both are though. The Transformer would be my guess but I really don't know

Mad Max V8 Interceptor all the way!

Transformers live in a total fact-based reality run by logic and programmatic thought.

Mad Max IS the Wacky Racer. The world it navigates is an insane Hell-Scape, and through all the crazy chases and leaps, battered, dented and bruised it somehow finds the spirit and diesel to say "is that all you got?"

Mad Max V8 Interceptor is your top choice for Wacky Racing.

Blurr's car form is apparently a swift car, and we already know that the point of Wacky Races isn't how fast you are, it's how much damage you can take. The V8 interceptor is the definition of get hit and walk it off. It won't win many, but I give it higher chances to win. On a side note, that one scene in the new Mad Max movie gives a bit of a Wacky Race vibe to it.

I want Blurr to win but the arguments for the V8 is convincing.

I saw this cartoon once years ago but I don't remember it.

It was long old and apparently out of syndication by the time I was a young kid in the early 80's

Ah, Fox is back into the Draft spirit? Cool.  

I vaguely remember catching a few skits of Wacky Races reruns back in the day, and I do remember the racers using all sorts of crazy gadgets. The Interceptor's built to give and receive punishment, but Blurr can break the sound barrier and, being a Transformer, is more durable than the average car.

Wait - Fox is participating in this??!? Ah man, this makes it a tough one as I don't actually want to argue against the main man, but I guess I have to. 

Simply put, Blurr takes this easily. Whilst the V8 is certainly used to some tough terrian, that is nothing compared to what the Transformers have to face. Imagine pirhana robot chases, and giant Transformers eating planets and you have Blurr's world - which is much more akin to Wacky Races. 

Simply put - the world Blurr exists in is one far crazier, wackier, brutal and deadly than anything the V8 could possibly put up with - and in that world he shines as a strong warrior who is renouned for being the fastest.
