The only time the Grinch spread joy was when he returned stuff he stole previously. He is crafty and could probably find a way to make people feel good, but he doesn't have a lot of experience in that regard. Not sure that Blacula is gonna do exceptionally well either

Tough one.  I'm guessing Blacula can make more Vampires, as most Vampires can. Therefore, I assume Blacula can spreadh his influence further.

I actually think the Grinch has a better chance of spreading joy than Blacula has of spreading fear. As I seem to recall, there were some people in Blacula that seemed to almost enjoying being turned into vampires and considering so many years have passed since that movie and general opinion on vampires has changed, people nowadays might even welcome being turned with open arms.
