Don't see how the Snow Miser is supposed to spread joy by causing snow to fall. I do see Art the Clown spreading fear across the whole planet by doing what he did in Terrifier 2 to that poor girl in her own bedroom. (Warning: Extremely gruesome)

I mean snow gets people in the Christmas spirit, snow days for kids in school, and a catchy song and dance number.

I can tell you that any amount of snow sparks joy in middle school students.

Tough one. Ultimately as mentioned above this is probably a race between snow beinging joy to kids and maybe the media bringing fear through stories of Terrifiers kills? 

I'm leaning towards snow on this one. Whilst Terrifier is more 'terrifying' on an individual basis, I think Miser will be able to spread snow quicker and wider and thereby kids will be happier.

I'm leaning toward Snow Miser here. Not only can he spread snow across the globe, but since he's a good friend of the Clauses he may also try to spread some Christmas cheer.
