I think Mister Fantastic has this. He is considered one of the smartest people in a world where everyone is smart, so unfortunate pull for Nikola Tesla, but it is what it is.

For some reason, I'm picturing Reed talking about making a robot for a "rhythmic ceremony".  

But yeah, Mr. Fantastic is considered the top scientific mind in a universe with very advanced technology. He should probably have this.
