Hunter vs. Hunted: ACME

Depends on the versions of both, but if this Pattinson's Batman, probably not. Skills wise, he just isn't there yet, he is just starting out at this point.

Comics Batman, DCEU Batman, and Bruce Timm Batman on the other hand, stand excellent chances, especially given how capable and how calculative those Batmen can be.

Grodd is tough, but these two know each other well, especially if we're talking about from the comics or the Timmverse, and using that knowledge and the equipment at his disposal, Bats could conceivably defeat Grodd here.

Part of me feels like this is actually upgrading Batman's weaponry!

Are we forgetting the fact that Gorilla Grodd has mind powers? If Batman had time to prep with his own items, I can see this going in his favour. As it stands, nothing is stopping Gorilla Grodd from subjugating Batman for three straight days with his insane telepathy.

Yeah I don't see how Batman can counter Grodd's psychic powers even with all the acme gadgets and prep time.

But yeah, I still think the very nature of ACME products could tilt the match-ups in this terrain either way unless the animal's a toon or supernatural entity.
