I think while Michael Jordan has the raw strength, Black Widow is actually trained in fighting. Here's her (mostly) hand to hand combat skills. I'm sure she does something even more acrobatic in the comics

Even that's debatable. Natalia's apparently got peak human strength for a woman. 

But yeah, Widow's more or less at home with this terrain, at least against "normal" humans.
