The Thirteenth Doctor by her own admission is socially awkward. Yeah, I think Doom can out showman this Doctor, even if the Doctor is smarter.

Not unless the TARDIS makes for an easy sell for funding projects.

Doom is more theatrical, and it's also an interesting matchups cause both of their best assets are variations of time travel (Doctor with her TARDIS and Doom with his Time Platform). I think Doom has the potential to create something that is more useful and practical however.

Both doctors likely competed in plenty of science fairs growing up. Doom seems skilled in more scientific fields, though, and well as maybe more flair.

Unit was defunded and shut down in Thirteen's era.  Whereas Doom has its own country.

Yeah but she ended up meeting Kate again during the Flux season and I believe Unit did finally come back in The Power of the Doctor.
