As quas-deity and reformed villain Heat Miser should be able to get Pennywise talking.

Yep, you got that correct. He only exists to feed on fear pretty much. Can't really, uh, rehabilitate that.

I like how IT is described as this evil entity but bro just eats and hibernates. I mean it's either feast on fear (which kills the person in the person, not the other way around) or die. Not sure what argument there is to be made to rehabilitate them or what is there even to rehabilitate. This isn't monster INC where Pennywise is like "oh shit laughter is actually more nutritious and calorie dense for me!"

Yeah good luck convincing Pennywise to stop killing. The guy’s been killing and eating for centuries now so I have no earthly idea what Heat Miser of all people can say that’ll make Pennywise suddenly stop after so many centuries of never feeling the least bit guilty of his actions.

TBH, Heat Miser never seemed the type to care much about anything but keeping his side of the globe hot and maybe his mother. Not sure he can reform someone like Pennywise.

Pennywise may have seen humans as play things, but he saw the Turtle as his equal, more or less. So Heat Miser being a deity of sorts It should be willing to talk to him.

Also Heat Miser has a lot of powerful friends who may, through magic offer Pennywise alternatives to his current, never ending cycle of rest and eat.

Pennywise can also be bound by magic, which given his friends and family. Heat Miser should be able to access.
