The bot finna shoot his web everywhere and Otto can devise a non stick coating for his bot then once px has his bot stuck Otto can send in a smaller drone to self detonate from within.

Can't recall - didnt Prof X design the Danger Room and Colosso? He's at least got some experience even if he didn't do it himself. 

Don't know that much about this version of Spiderman unfortunately so will hold the vote for now.

I think Superior Spider-Man is the better inventor. I mean, he did invent four mechanical arms. Put those on a small bot and you got yourself an amazing little battle bot. Can't really recall Professor X creating much, even if he is plenty smart.
